By using this website or engaging Uxonic Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

We provide web development, app development, UI/UX design, graphic design, video editing and embroidery digitizing. The details of each project, including scope, deliverables, timeline and price, are set out in a written quote, proposal or agreement.

If a signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement applies to that project.

• Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. After that, we may update the price.
• Payment terms, including any deposit or milestone payments, are stated in your quote or agreement.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
• Late payments may pause work until the balance is settled.

• Provide accurate information, content and feedback on time. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.
• Make sure you have the right to use any logos, artwork, text, images, music and other materials you send us.
• Review deliverables promptly and tell us about issues within the review period in your agreement.

For embroidery digitizing, you are responsible for confirming that you hold the rights to the artwork you submit. We may decline work that appears to infringe someone else's rights.

Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, unless your agreement says otherwise. [⚠️ Edit this to match your actual policy.]

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and methods, and of the software products we build and operate ourselves. Third-party materials, such as fonts, stock assets and open-source packages, remain subject to their own licences.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

The number of revision rounds included is stated in your quote or agreement. Additional rounds may be charged. We aim to meet agreed timelines, but dates are estimates unless stated otherwise.

Digitized files are prepared for the machine and fabric details you give us. Results can vary by machine, thread, fabric and setup, so we recommend a test stitch before full production. Tell us if the file needs changes after testing and we will review it in line with your agreement.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy our content without permission. The text, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors.

Our work and site may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

This website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, sales or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Uxonic Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Either party may end a project in line with the terms of the agreement. If a project ends early, you pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over the work completed and paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your country/state]. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
